LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) – Openly gay CEO of mega-company Apple, Tim Cook has openly denounced the “so-called religious objection legislation being introduced in a number of states like Indiana and Texas.” According to Cook, the bills under consideration “have the potential to undo decades of progress toward greater equality.”
However, it has been reported that Cook has been in Saudi Arabia in the United Arab Emirates speaking on behalf of Apple trying to set up marketing and retail operations. Saudi Arabia is a country where homosexuality is against the law and punishable by death.
The Religious Freedom Restoration Act was passed to protect religious freedom. It was not passed to hurt a homosexual’s rights, but to regain a Christian’s rights.

Cook and many other Left-sided Americans are claiming freedom and protection of rights for a Christian are “an act of aggression against gays,” according to CNS News.
“This isn’t a political issue. It isn’t a religious issue. This is about how we treat each other as human beings,” Cook states in his Washington Post op-ed.
“You would think that Cook, CEO of the most valuable company in the world, with a reported personal net worth of $400 million, could perceive his transparent double standard,” explains Star Parker of CNS News. “He renders religious freedom meaningless by accusing those, who exercise their right of protection of discrimination against those who wish to violate their rights.”
Christians can no longer pray in school. Christian symbols or words cannot be publicly displayed. If a Christian refuses services they feel are sins, like photography in a gay wedding, the Christian receives a lawsuit.
“For him [Cook] and other homosexual activists, Christians cannot observe their religion and live by the Bible’s words they hold sacred without discriminating against gays,” expressed Parker. “Can Tim Cook really believe that this is decent, tolerant, freedom-loving human behavior?”
According to Parker, the homosexual campaign is not about American freedom. “The objective is the delegitimization and annihilation of Christianity in America.
The words of our constitution are being distorted so that the very protections guaranteed for Christians are used as weapons against them.”
George Washington is quoted as warning his growing nation that religion and morality are “indispensable” to “political prosperity” and that morality cannot be kept without religion.
Christians all over the world face violence and hate, just for being Christians.
“As many political and business leaders cowardly enable this global war on Christianity, Christians must stand in defense of themselves and their religion and convictions,” said Parker.
